Welcome Webelos Scouts!

A Webelos I Patrol consists of fourth grade boys. They concentrate on earning their Webelos Badge and Activity Pins that are more closely related to Cub Scouting than to Boy Scouting.

Webelos II Patrols consist of fifth-graders. They are finishing up Activity Pins, earning Compass Emblem and Compass Points, and earning their Arrow of Light award. Their outdoor activities may include joint activities with a Boy Scout Troop, usually the Troop that most of the Webelos Scouts will join when they graduate into Boy Scouts.

One of the differences between Webelos and younger Cub Scouts is that the Webelos Den Leader signs off the completed activities of a Webelos Scout.

As with all other Cub Scouting ranks, new members of the Webelos Den or patrol must complete the Bobcat requirements before beginning work in the Webelos program.
