Its' getting to be that time again where the City of Santa Cruz holds its annual "Holiday Parade" through downtown Santa Cruz's Pacific Garden Mall.

MAIN STAGING AREA:
At the corner of Spruce and Pacific Avenue (next to Kinko's parking lot)
PARADE ROUTE:
Along Pacific Ave, beginning at Laurel Street and ending at Water Street
- I advice that you park at the Water Street so you can just leave from there.
TIME?
No earlier than 8:30 and no later than 9:30am on the day of the parade.
WHAT DO THE SCOUTS WEAR?
Cub Scouts should wear his Cub Scouts uniform and comfortable
If you have a Christmas Stocking hat, please wear that as well.

PARKING TIP:
Parents, if you haven't been to a Holiday Parade its probably best that you meet your Cub Scout at the end of Pacific... its gets very very hectic down there and we wouldn't want to lose any Scouts :)

Holiday Parade Announcement for 2009

When: This Saturday, December 5th

Time: Please show up about 9:15am / 9:30 at the latest

Where: Downtown in the area of Kinko's back parking lot on Laurel at Pacific

This Saturday is our holiday parade in downtown Santa Cruz. Have your boy "rain or shine" in the area of Kinko's on Laurel at Pacific by about 9:30 am at the latest, look for me. The parade starts at 10:00 sharp and we are usually near the front of the parade. Please have them wear their scout uniform and a Santa's hat. Also, bring any extra candy you have at the house to distribute.

Meet us at the Jamba Juice near Front Street where the parade ends.

All boys should be collected immediately.
