Our Cub Scouts will be sending 'Candy Care Packages' to our Troops overseas

 

Please donate your extra Halloween Candy for 'Operation Treats for Troops'

 

WHAT'S YOUR PLAN JOHN?

Simple, were taking all the extra, un-used Halloween candy and sending it to our Troops.

 

Operation Treats for Troops - Candy Care Packages!!!!

 

I LIKE IT, WHEN & WHAT TIME?

November 1st and 2nd, Anytime day or night

 

WHERE / HOW?

My house, 718 San Juan Ave SC I will have clearly marked bins for you to drop off your extra candy. Just drive up, have your Cub Scouts place his candy in the bin.

 

WHAT KIND OF CANDY?

Bags, bags bags. I would like store purchased bags BUT will take loose candy as well. We will sort it later. So, ANY store bought candy.

 

WHO?

Anyone can participate... tell your friends, send a couple emails.. its all good for the Troops!

 

After our collection day, I will send out an email for help sorting.

 

ALL Cub Scouts that participate (whether through candy donations or physically helping) receive a patch for their efforts.

 

Thanks folks... remember, save that extra candy and drop it off November 1st or 2nd at my house for 'Candy Car Packages' for our Troops!
